Cinderella the Pantomime is a traditional British entertainment for the whole family, written and directed by Lesley Chapman. It's a chaotic, hilarious twist on the classic fairy tale.
Poor Cinders is stuck cleaning up after her hideous, yet oddly fashion-conscious Stepmother and Stepsisters who are determined to steal the spotlight...and Prince 'Charming! With her Fairy Godmother's magical makeover, Cinderella swaps midnight her rags for a more glamourous look but our Cinders is left scrambling home at midnight before her pumpkin carriage turns to soup. On the way, she carelessly loses her precious glass slipper. Prince Charming and his sidekick Dandini embark on a quest to find the wearer of the glass slipper. The show is packed with slapstick humour, ridiculous puns, and plenty of "It's behind you!" moments to keep the audience laughing. With the help of Cinder's hapless friend, Buttons, and her Dad, Lord Pennyless, true love is found.
