The Wolfville Legion is hosting a Valentines Dinner.
There will be two seatings, one between 430-445pm and the second at 630pm. Advanced reservations advised as we are limiting each seating to 40-50 patrons. Open to everyone.
Chef Wayne Arnold, previously of Dickie Baxters serving the menu below and includes a free drink and a flower.
Starter
Tomato Bisque with garlic baguette, basil oil and parmesan or Spinach Feta Salad with red onion, cucumber curls, cranraisin, toasted almonds, strawberry white balsamic dressing.
Entree
Blackened Salmon with roasted red pepper sun dried tomato pesto, crispy leeks, asparagus and wild rice pilaf.

Chicken Parmigiana with zesty tomato sauce, mozzarella, parmigiana broiled, asparagus, spiced smoked paprika roasted potatoes.
Dessert
Red Velvet Cake, white chocolate ganache, raspberry sauce and cinnamon cream.
