Ennis, you may remember them as The Ennis Sisters. Maureen and Karen Ennis whose unique interpretation of Newfoundland music embraces both deep roots and Celtic influences. Juno award winners who have performed with The Chieftans, The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band and Jann Arden, among many others, Ennis' extensive touring has made them favourites throughout Canada, the US and Europe. Performing original as well as traditional Celtic songs and instrumentals, Maureen and Karen are also powerful, interesting and humorous storytellers.
