Collage is a wonderful way to reuse materials and create your own story!
Art Camp will be all about cutting and pasting in real life, with glue and scissors, piles of magazines, wrapping paper, old tickets and cards…
You name it, we will use it to make some personalized, new ART!
WHAT TO BRING
- All art materials are included in the cost.
- Do bring a snack and beverage.
- Dress for a mess! Please, wear a painting shirt.
Children must pre-register for the full series.
ABOUT THE ARTIST:
Becky Thompson is a certified art educator and has taught art for children of all ages (pre-school through secondary) in schools throughout Nova Scotia She is also a practicing artist who has exhibited her own work widely.
Becky is an enthusiastic and charismatic artist and teacher. She enjoys challenging children to find a method to communicate their ideas and experiences through the visual arts.
