Irish set dancing (not to be confused with Irish step dancing) is all about connection, rhythm and energy. Think country square dancing with an Irish twist! This is done in groups of 8 (full set) or 4 (half set) and you do not need a partner. There is no need to master complicated footwork-just bring a good pair of shoes and let the music guide you.
