Lifelong Learning Cafe is a weekly event aimed at older adults. It consists of educational/recreational topics and speakers as well as just simple social afternoons.
We will have VCLA staff Irene Nickerson speak about Remembrance Day, and share materials from Veterans Affairs Canada. For the second half of the program we will have VCLA staff Sophie Berube host gentle/chair yoga.
