Come try out a therapeuitic art activity with Art Therapist Mary Norton, Ph.D for the first hour! Second hour TBA.
As Mary says on her website, she believes "that we all have resources for full-hearted living. Sometimes we lose sight of them because of ways we learned to respond to life experiences and challenges. Drawing from arts-based and body-centred approaches, [she invites] you to find what you know in your body and heart, to reclaim resources, and to explore, uncover and transform what might be holding you back" (https://www.heartspacearttherapy.com/index.html).
Lifelong Learning Cafe is a weekly event designed for older adults. It consists of educational/recreational topics, speakers and/or activities as well as just simple social afternoons.
