December 6 is Canada’s National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence against Women. Please join us on *December 5* for a ceremony to commemorate the lives of the 14 women killed on December 6, 1989, at the École Polytechnique in Montreal and to reflect on the broader crisis of gender-based violence. This is a day to remember those who have experienced gender-based violence and those who we have lost to it. It is also a time to take action. As we mourn their loss and remember their lives, we reaffirm our commitment to fight the hatred that led to this tragedy, and the misogyny that still exists today. All are welcome. Kid’s activities will be available.
