Celebrate Annapolis Royal Pride with alt-pop band Pillow Fite, plus singer-songerwriters Stewart Legere, and Freya Milliken.

Pillow Fite first appeared in a glitter bomb of enthusiastic feelings, an acoustic guitar duo given to constant queer longing and occasional full-band outings. Across a handful of singles and their first EP, Flutter, Art Ross (they/them/Pisces) and Aaron Green (he/him/Virgo) combined their respective gifts of reflection and melody for moody, slow-burning indie-folk aimed straight at the heart.

Stewart Legere is a queer multidisciplinary artist from Halifax/Kji’puktuk. He is a vocalist with orchestral pop outfit The Heavy Blinkers. In 2017 he released his debut solo album Quiet The Station and composes for theatre and film. He makes live performances (mostly) with Zuppa Theatre Co. and The Accidental Mechanics Group. An avid and passionate collaborator, his work is fascinated with sexuality, vulnerability, intimacy, the destruction of persona and the celebration of performance.

Freya Milliken is an award-winning singer-songwriter whose music resonates with warmth, authenticity and introspection. Known for her rich, velvety voice and dynamic blend of indie-folk and rock influences, Freya’s music will take you through an evocative journey of self-discovery and reflection, with a gentle yet powerful lure into an intimate and heartfelt realm.
