Music Theatre / Play All Ages
The NEXT GEN THEATRE PROJECT is about giving youth opportunities to learn about all aspects of theatre — both on stage and backstage! A dozen local youth have been working at the theatre every week since January, doing a deep dive into what’s involved in theatre production.
Two local youth bands have also been working at the theatre, exploring the tech side of music performance.
This show will feature both theatre and music. The first half is a selection of seven short plays, performed and produced by the Next Gen Youth. The second half will feature the music of two local youth bands: Proletariat and Parallels.
