This play is based on a Lucy Maud Montgomery short story and has the same PEI charm and appeal as her well-known Anne of Green Gables. Our play takes place in 1922 in the small PEI town of Putney. The church elders have made a decision regarding a female missionary speaking in the church and the women of Putney are not happy. Come join us this summer and see what hilarity unfolds as the women of Putney assert themselves and their rights.
