Be instantly transported back to the 1940s war period with some of your favourite Hits from the Blitz. On Saturday, November 12, the Port Williams Volunteer Fire Department and United Baptist Church co-present Hits from the Blitz, a dinner cabaret. The evening begins at the Port Williams Community Centre at 6:30 with a silent auction followed by a four-course pork dinner at 7:00. Musical entertainment will be provided by Sharon Churchill Roe, Christianne Rushton, Steve Roe, Laura Churchill Duke, Davina Melanson and Carla MacKenzie. Tickets are $35 each and available by phoning 542-2186; emailing [email protected]; or at the Wharf General Store, the Port Williams Village Office, Fire Department members or the Church office.
