Theatre / Play
The Annapolis District Drama Group are presenting three one-act plays at Kings Theatre. The plays are all comedies.
"A Capital Idea" by Jon Percy turns the small Anyplace Royal town into the Capital of Canada with dire consequences.
"Patrick's New Career" by Dean Taylor sees a small corner store threatened by a new Wall Mart. The frustrated owner and fellow suffers plan a novel response.
"Ladies of the Mop" by Aurand Harris features theatrical cleaning ladies with talent, not only with a mop, who decide to perform their dreams on a real stage.
These three plays are full of variety and laughter. Everyone is welcome to a night of fun filled entertainment.
