‘Is this is it? asks 41-year-old professional Nicole (Michelle Giroux), wife, and mom of two teenagers. A letter comes from an anonymous Observer who knows her daily habits, and her potential, intimately. Observer has a plan for her, if she is interested. To pursue the mysterious relationship she only has to put a green card from the letter in her front window. After a few days’ thought, the card goes in the window, beginning a long relationship with the elusive Observer who puts Nicole on a programme that starts by changing her life, but ultimately threatens everything that has meaning for her. Director Sean Garrity’s quiet beauty and a sinister edge make this a psychological film with a difference. Add Giroux's gripping lead performance and you have a “ triumphant double-edged examination of empowerment”.
