Poetry Workshop with Carole Langille.
The poet Robert Kelly tell us, “We sleep in language, if language does not come to wake us with its strangeness.” This is a workshop about memory, language, and what wakes us.
Lao Tzu tell us, At the center of your being you have the answer; you know who you are and what you want. Each time we explore experience through writing, we get closer to understanding who we are and what we want.
Join us for a writing exercise and discussion and leave with a poem or prose piece.
The workshop is open to anyone who is interested. Advanced poets will learn more, perhaps, but everyone will learn something by participating.
