30 min. sessions for Acadia students and staff wanting stress relief and sharper focus throughout exams. A calm body and mind will allow more clarity and energy to overcome any obstacle. Be grounded and alert so you can perform at your best.

I'll use a variety of techniques including guided meditation, mindfulness practices, breathing exercises and physical movement to support you in this challenging time.
