Walk, Run, Bike family based fundraising event in support of Annapolis County Mental Health which facilitates a weekly Mental Health / Depression Support Group in Bridgetown as well as a mental health supportive listening phone line. Our Community Facilitator is able to provide workshops in Mental Health First Aid, Anger Management, and Changing Minds, a workshop addressing stigma.
