Visit ARTsPLACE and watch Alexa Jaffurs of Mount Hanley at work on her portable propane forge. She will demonstrate the magic which happens as metal is heated, worked on an anvil, bent and twisted until it emerges on the other site as a beautiful and functional creation. Visitors can help Alexa with the design plans as the work progresses and will also be able to make their own cold work project.
