When Mélanie Carrier and Olivier Higgins recognize how little they and fellow Québékers know about Québéc First Nations, even when studies indicate that 50% of Québékers have at least one aboriginal ancestor, they decide to explore the situation. In their multi award-winning documentary they ride bikes out along the North Shore of the St. Lawrence to meet with many people in their efforts to find answers to questions about clichés and prejudices, and how to improve relations.
