In 1975, Chilean director Alejandro Jodorowsky began his most ambitious project yet. With his young son alongside Orson Welles, Mick Jagger, David Carradine and Salvador Dali; Pink Floyd’s music and provocative (HR Giger, Jean 'Moebius' Giraud) artists’ work, Jodorowsky's adaptation of Herbert’s classic Dune was poised to change cinema forever. Part thoughtful tribute, part bittersweet reminder of opportunity lost, Frank Pavich’s film is a fascinating look at a cinematic legend.
