Fundy Film rescreens QUÉBÉKOISIE in arrangement with the filmmakers, Olivier Higgins and Mélanie Carrier, and their distributor, David Chouinard at Vidéographe, an artist-run centre base in Montréal. This multi-award-winning documentary will be screened in conjunction with Acadia University’s 2nd Annual Aboriginal Arts & Literature Mawio’mi. The filmmakers ride their bikes out along the North Shore of the St. Lawrence to meet with many people in their quest to explore the complex relationships that exist between Québec Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal peoples.
