Lorraine will focus on Twining with introduction to other tapestry and rug weaving techniques. She will share with you the historical and contemporary stories of the inspiration for her designs such as Chilkat blankets; basketry; kelium rugs. She will also be working on a dowel showing you the larks head knotted wrap using assorted yarns. This is a very ancient and portable technique.
