A one-hour late-night meditative improvisation presented in the beautiful resonance of Acadia University's Manning Chapel. This concert will feature:

Derek Charke - bass flute
Adam Langille - upright bass
Ken Shorley - hand drums and percussion

Relax - Restore - Revitalize

The musicians will be intentionally hidden from view, in order to create a more immersive listening experience. Please join us for a journey of musical exploration - close your eyes, listen and enjoy!

*heart wide open* is a mindfulness and inner vitality project based in Wolfville Nova Scotia, initiated by Heidi Kalyani. Current offerings include — weekly practice; monthly kirtan evenings; contemplative concerts; short retreats; conversation circles; and mindful meditation walks, hikes and camping trips.

The intention of *heart wide open* is to cultivate compassion, connection, insight and transformation — within ourselves, with each other and within our communities.
