Av Singh, of the Just Us! Centre for Small Farms in Grand Pré, will present some video & lead a discussion about 'what's being cooked up' on the agriculture front — it ain't your momma's kitchen! New genetic engineering techniques; untested farming practices; and so-called food-safety protocols are signalling the end of food as we know it!
