Gopher Wood is a frantic throwback to genre movies of the 60's, 70's and 80's. It tells the tale of a deranged family of hillbillies dealing with the death of their beloved mother, a strange local cafe owner with a dark secret, and a group of friends trying to have a peaceful getaway but find themselves hopelessly out of their element.
