Join the men of the choir as they present a concert including Eric Whitacre’s arrangement of Rudyard Kipling’s poem “The Seal Lullaby,” a beautiful, warm, calming work with an undulating and rhythmic melody that mimics the movements of the sea. You’ll also be treated to folk tunes like “I Once Loved a Lass,” the well-known Welsh anthem “Suo Gan,” and “Dirait-on,” a tuneful French chanson. Nova Voce will be joined by Camerata’s tenor Michael James in a special arrangement of “Nearer, My God, To Thee.”
