Cuban music at its finest, Los Primos returns to King’s for the third sizzling summer in a row.
Artistic director Jeff Goodspeed and international Cuban recording artist Augusto Enriquez lead Los Primos, and will be joined by some of the most promising and inspired young musicians from Havana.
We are excited to announce that the 2019 line-up will include:
- Jeff Goodspeed: Sax & Flute
- Augusto Enriquez: Vocals & Guitar
- Alison Enriquez: Vocals & Violin
- Augusto-Pedro Enriquez: Vocals & Guitar
- Alejandro Enriquez: Vocals & Percussion
- Chris Churchill: Bass
About Los Primos: The Los Primos Project has been contributing to the education of an entire generation of musicians. Started in 1997 to help music education in Cuba deal with instrument shortages, and to inspire our young Nova Scotia musicians by giving them the opportunity to perform with Cuban music students and professionals.
