Over its five seasons, the Festival has steadily expanded its dance presentations as well as its audience and has put the historic town of Annapolis Royal on the Canadian dance map.

SONDERLING – Created and performed by Lydia Zimmer
Inspired by an Irish rhyme from the1700s.“When does the methodical and organized become a form of derangement? How do our actions accumulate over a lifetime?”

TAKING BREATH – Created and performed by Naishi Wang
Our air is precious. Inhale and exhale. A promise of contact and communication. Wang is a buoyant force, creating rolling movement and sharp sound.
