Teenage Filmmakers Take Over!
Students of Annapolis West Education Centre are the directors and the stars at the centre of the third annual Teen Instagram Film Festival.
AWEC students in grades 8-12 were invited to make a 60-second film on any subject in a style that inspires them. This year's entries are featured November 2 – 9 upstairs at ARTsPLACE gallery and a jury from the community will select winners of the $200, $100 and $75 prizes for the most creative submissions.
In addition to cash prizes, the winners hit the big-screen at King’s Theatre as part of the trailers ahead of their Hollywood counterparts.
