The two plays are called "Compassion" and Forgiveness"
The circumstances of life are not always kind. A pair of plays exploring this theme is being presented.
“Compassion,” is an award-winning play about lives shattered and lives rejuvenated. A jilted young man and an embittered older woman are challenged by a stranger to confront their demons and thereby embrace the fullness of life.
In “Forgiveness,” a young woman, devastated by her husband’s infidelity, must reexamine her feelings when a long-held family secret is revealed.
Actors in these plays are Jamie Loughead, Doug MacInnis, Emily Levy-Purdy, Karen Malim and Natasha Streatch, all of Wolfville. Tony Napoli, of Wolfville, is directing the plays. Napoli is Artistic Director of Red Rock Theatre Company.
