Kings County's Planning Advisory Committee meeting is being held to provide an opportunity for the public to comment on proposed amendments to the Municipal Planning Strategy and Land Use Bylaw pertaining to the application by Elderkin, Hennigar, Stirling, Forsyth and Streatch. The amendments will enable the planning and development of their lands for mixed use purposes by redesignating the lands to a Greenwich Comprehensive Development District (GCDD) and corresponding zone.
