Stage managers can be incredible creative resources to help community theatre productions run smoothly but are sometimes underused. This workshop is an introduction to some of the ways, with practical suggestions and examples from the professional world, to start maximizing the potential of stage management in a community theatre setting. For all ranges of experience and everyone from stage managers, directors, producers and production managers, technical crew, backstage crew, to actors – anyone who loves bringing a production to the stage!

Participants should bring clean, indoor footwear and a water bottle.
