“Bodily Functions” Exhibition by Gerald Beaulieu
May 15th to June 19th
Exhibit Opening and Reception is May 15,2011. Artist is to talk at approx. 2:30pm.
Gerald Beaulieu originally comes from Welland, Ontario. He studied art at the Ontario College of Art and Design, graduating in 1987. In 1988 he moved to Prince Edward Island where he now works and lives with his family. He is primarily a sculptor and installation artist receiving a number of national awards and grants for his work. He has had over 70 solo and group exhibitions across Canada, the U.S. and Europe. As a volunteer arts advocate he is currently on the board of Culture PEI and has been on the board of CARFAC National since 2004 and for four of the past five years has served as the president of CARFAC National.
