Gallery Hours: Tue-Fri 10am-4pm & Sat 11am-2pm
Opening Reception: Saturday, February 3, 12-2
"As an abstract artist, I can and do use whatever is at my disposal and whichever comes into my very active mind. I love texture and colour and use both often. Sometimes I tend to add bits of this and that to my art. There is madness in my work but there is also a lot of sketching, prepping and redoing. Gesso is my favorite. My art, I hope, invokes a mood or a memory for the viewer."
Sharon Cookson is a self taught artist with some lessons online through John Beckley, Gerda Lipski, Sergio and others. https://2crowsart.ca/
