Get ready for a beautiful North Mountain Experience.

The Wind Coming Over The Sea is a new folk musical by Irish-Canadian writer Emma Donoghue (Room, The Wonder), using the traditional songs of Ireland, England and Scotland to tell the true story of an Antrim couple who emigrated to Ontario during the Famine. The Wind Coming Over The Sea recently had its world premiere at the Blyth Festival in Ontario in 2025.

The production is directed by Ken Schwartz and Musical Direction and Arrangement will be by Allen Cole.

PLEASE CHECK IN AT THE BOX OFFICE when you arrive, then tour through our gardens and the gallery, get a snack or a glass of wine, and play bocce and croquet before the show. Please note, the show is a short walk away from the centre, so we advise coming early and wearing walking shoes.
