Learn about our local history through a hands on archaeological excavation. Students will learn basic archaeological skills, including excavating, artefact identification and site interpretation. Getting dirty was never this much fun! Bio: Aaron Taylor has worked as a professional archaeologist since 2008. He holds a BA (Hons) in Anthropology and an MA in historical archaeology from Saint Mary's University. Aaron has worked on pre-contact and historical sites throughout Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. He has also instructed numerous field schools and public archaeology projects. Aaron lives with his wife and children on a small hobby farm in the Annapolis Valley.
