Foundation for all the arts – drawing interpreted through mixed media. This workshop, with Penny Ridley, is for all - the novice or the master, the teenager or adult. We start with a structured drawing with a unique twist. Then we interpret the drawing or drawings using non-traditional materials to produce a creative and loose interpretation on a traditional view. This is a great exercise to stimulate your creativity and to break your artistic block.
Materials ($20) include drawing, painting, and collage supplies. Students should bring own choice of scraps, objects and ephemera to draw from.
