Come celebrate exploration of the mind through the arts at Ross Creek with bread-baking, writing workshops, artist talks, a tea and panel, and more!

10-12:00: Writing Workshop with Anna Quon, "Writing Your Own Story."
12-12:30: Reading with Anna Quon
10-2: Bread-baking and reading with author of "Second Rising," with Catherine Wiebe.
1-1:30: Spoken word performance with Laura Burke of the NS Schizophrenia Society.
1:30-2: Susan Kilbride Roper, talk on living with Bipolar Disorder.
2-2:30 & 3:30: Artist Talk in gallery with exhibiting artist Rose Adams (IMAG/in/ING).
2:30-4: Tea and Panel - Hosted by Catherine Wiebe, themes of Creativity and Mental Health.
