It’s the night of the annual Spring Fire Hall Dance in New Troy Nova Scotia. The parents are dancing in the hall, and the kids are playing in the field, just like every other year. But this year, something is different. Cassandra (Jackie Torrens) has seen the future of her little town, and no one will believe her. A startling and exciting play from a fabulous new voice in Canadian Theatre, Gillian Clark, The Ruins is at once familiar, funny, and entirely original. Please note: there is strong language and innuendo throughout the show.
Starring Hilary Adams, Mary Fay Coady, Burgandy Code, , Devin McKinnon, Ryan Rogerson, Jeff Schwager, Genevieve Steele and Jackie Torrens, direction is by Ken Schwartz, and stage management is by Robin Munro. Miniature work is done by Freedom Miniatures.
