Sunday Music in the Garden Room resumes on Sunday February 9 with a solo performance by Swiss-Canadian pianist Teo Georgiou.
Teo won first prize at the International San Marino Piano Competition in 2004 and at the Franz Liszt International Competition in Weimar. At age 18, he was the youngest recipient of the Beethoven Ring at the Beethoven Fest and in 2017 he received the Best Canadian Artist award at the Concours Musicale Internationale in Montreal.
Teo will play works by Ludwig van Beethoven, Francis Poulenc, Georgij Gurdieff, Maurice Ravel and Sergei Rachmaninoff.
