Did you know the little brown bat is now an endangered species? Come to Acadia to listen to true and scary Bat Tales.

Mark Elderkin, Species at Risk Biologist will be talking on the current plight of Bats and the White Nose Syndrome at 7pm. At 8pm Environmental & Sustainability Studies Students from Acadia will be leading a silent walk through the Woodland Trails to look and listen for nocturnal creatures.

Come for just the talk or just the walk or both. If you're walking with us, dress warmly and wear comfortable shoes, bring a flashlight if you're afraid of the dark.
