Emerging artist Alex Mann discusses her time living at Taproot Farms as Uncommon Common Art’s artist in residence. She will discuss how science and art interact in her representations of botanical illustration through embroidery.
Alex Mann is the Uncommon Common Art/ Visual Arts Nova Scotia Artist in Residence. She is supported by the VANS in Residence program, which partners with local arts organizations to bring professional artists into communities for four weeks.
