Acadia University presents the President's Panel on Climate Action: Interdisciplinary Perspectives on Sustainable Development. This event is an annual showcase of Acadia research, teaching, and service, from the Faculties of Arts, Professional Studies, and Pure and Applied Science with a focus on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. This event is open to the public and is accessible. Featured speakers include Dr. Katie Mazer, Dr. Edith Callaghan, Ashley Doyle, and Dr. Laura Ferguson. Speaker presentations will be followed by a panel discussion. Jeff Hennessy, Acadia University President and Vice-Chancellor, and Ashlee Cunsolo, Provost and Vice-President Academic will host and moderate the panel. A welcome reception for all begins at 6:30 pm with light refreshments.
